Deletion: To the immediate deletion of data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 GDPR), or to restrict processing per Art. 18 GDPR;
Data Portability: To receive copies of the data concerning them and provided by them and to have the same transmitted to other controllers (cf. also Art. 20 GDPR);
Complaints: To file complaints with the supervisory authority if they believe that data concerning them is being processed in breach of data protection provisions (cf. also Art. 77 GDPR).
Likewise, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects have the right to object to the controller's future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
III. Information about the data processing
Website Hosting & Content Delivery Network (Framer)
To display this website securely and with fast loading times, we use the cloud hosting and infrastructure services of Framer B.V. (Horizon Building, Meteorenweg 10, 1033 MX Amsterdam, Netherlands).
When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits technical data to Framer's servers to deliver the page content to your screen. This data includes:

There is no contact form integrated into this website. Instead, we offer you the opportunity to contact us directly via email links (mailto:). If you use this option, no data is stored by our website. Your message is sent directly through your own email provider to our email inbox.
The data you provide (such as your email address, name, and the content of your message) will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing and answering your specific request.
Legal Basis: The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR (if the contact serves to initiate or fulfill a contract or athletic registration) or Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering inquiries from athletes, organizers, and the public). Your data will be deleted as soon as your request has been fully resolved and there are no statutory storage obligations remaining.
Social Media Links (Instagram)
We include links to our official profile on the social media platform Instagram on our website. This integration is handled via simple graphic links. This ensures that no data is transmitted to the social media provider when you simply visit our website.
Only when you actively click on the Instagram icon will you be redirected to the Instagram platform, which is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Carbon Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland). Once you land on their platform, Meta processes user data for market research and advertising purposes under its own responsibility.
